I offer tailor-made private immersion programs including French courses, cultural visits and excursions, cooking workshops and gastronomic discoveries.
My goal is to help you to boost your French language skills while making you discover the culture and traditions of my beautiful region.
The idea is to learn in the morning and practice for the rest of the day in real situations (at the market, at the restaurant, with me and with my family).
The aim is for you to go home with new French skills and a taste of my region. I like to mix knowledge of the language and culture - there is so much to do and see here !

Une maison du 18ème siecle, mais avec un confort moderne, des hôtes charmants, une cuisine basque accompagnée d’excellents vins, notre séjour chez l’habitant était 5 étoiles.
Chaque jour, une nouvelle surprise: une abbaye romaine, des villages anciens, la côte atlantique, chacune avec ses propres légendes et histoires.
Des découvertes culinaires variées: huîtres au bord du lac, cuisine locale traditionnelle dans une auberge à Làas, ou assis sous les platanes centenaires dans un restaurant gastronomique basque récompensé par Michelin. Et à chaque fois, la possibilité de parler français avec les serveurs.
Bien sûr, il y avait beaucoup de cours de français avec Sarah. Elle était si bien préparée, avec un peu de grammaire mais aussi des clips vidéo pertinents pour l’excursion de la journée. J'ai pratiqué et amélioré mon français oral et écrit, ainsi que ma compréhension chaque jour.
Quand je suis rentré chez moi, ma confiance était bien plus grande et même les professeurs de mon école de français ont remarqué mes progrès.
Une merveilleuse expérience que je recommande à tous ceux qui cherchent à enrichir leur parcours en français !

Being welcomed in to a typically Basque home (complete with red shutters) , enjoying meals made with vegetables straight from the garden, soaking up the sun by the pool or chatting by the warmth of the fire, depending on the season, makes you feel like more than a guest…more like part of the family.
